For weddings or peak event seasons, we recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance. However, we can often accommodate shorter notice bookings depending on availability.

A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the final balance due four weeks prior to the booked date. Payment details are outlined clearly in your booking confirmation email.

Yes — South Coast DJs holds full public liability insurance and all necessary licenses to perform legally and safely at any venue.

In rare cases where illness or emergencies occur, we have experienced backup DJs available to take over seamlessly, ensuring your event runs smoothly.

Deposits are non-refundable once your date is confirmed. If cancellation is necessary, we’ll work with you to reschedule or offer partial refunds depending on notice given.
